In room P1.7.09.3 every student of the Department of Electrical Engineering will find a place for self-study, exchange and common learning.

  • The basic tutorial at Electrical Engineering offers a PANDA course where you can find everything you need to know about the tutorial at.
    From opening times to information and transcripts.  The PANDA course of the winter semester is also valid in the current summer semester.
  • Technical writing now takes place in the summer semester on Wednesdays at 16:00 in P1.6.11. Anyone who would like to work on the topic or is about to write their thesis is welcome to attend.
  • The tutor training for engineers offers prospective tutors a good opportunity to improve their skills and gain confidence in their own course.
  • In the first episode of Current Affairs, the new electrical engineering podcast from Paderborn University, the tutors of the basic tutorial talk about the second semester and how best to master it.

Gen­er­al in­form­a­tion

The LZET offers space for around 35 students. Equipped with tables including sockets, lockers, whiteboards, projector and lectern, it allows flexible working for every learning project. A member of staff is available to answer questions and discuss student concerns.

The Electrical Engineering Learning Centre offers space for self-study, but it is also possible to exchange ideas, network and collaborate with fellow students.

Open­ing times

The LZET can be entered with a pool room card (further information under: Magnetic cards for pool room use) and can therefore be used at any time during university opening hours.
