- create the course catalogs in PAUL
- create the module handbooks (MHB) for various degree programs [Electrical Engineering, Electrical Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Teacher Education for Vocational Colleges (ET or AT/IT), Teacher Education for General and Vocational Schools (GyGe / HRsGe) in Technology, and Industrial Engineering (ET) (support)]

Course Management
The Course Management team is responsible for maintaining and organizing the course offerings in PAUL. Its tasks include, in particular, creating and editing courses, assigning them to modules, and linking them to the course catalog. In addition, the team maintains course data, schedules, rooms, and faculty information, and manages teaching assistants and their respective permissions. The Course Management team also serves as the point of contact for faculty and students regarding questions about the courses listed in PAUL.

Modelling
Modelers map degree programs, examination regulations, and module structures in the PAUL campus management system based on the current examination regulations and module handbooks. They maintain and update the models, coordinating with the faculties and the relevant university departments.

Module handbook coordinators oversee the creation, maintenance, and updating of a degree program’s module descriptions. They ensure the content is factually and formally accurate and coordinate changes with the relevant departments within the faculty and the university.
