Kurzbeschreibung / Short Description

In dieser Veranstaltung erwerben die Studierenden Schlüsselqualifikationen im Bereich Projektmanagement (z. B. Anforderungsanalyse, Spezifikation, Zeitplanung, Planung und Entwurf, Überwachung und Controlling, Kommunikation in Arbeitsgruppen, Kommunikation mit Kunden).

In this course students will acquire soft skills how to manage technical projects (e. g. requirement analysis, specification, scheduling, planning & designing, monitoring & controlling, communication in teams, communication with customers).

Die Teilnehmer und Teilnehmerinnen sind in der Lage, Aspekte der Kommunikation im Team sowie Problem- und Konfliktlösungsansätze zu beschreiben und anzuwenden.

The participants are able to describe the aspects of communication in teams and make use of techniques to solve problems and conflicts.

Methodische Umsetzung / Implementation

Die theoretischen und methodischen Grundlagen aus den Vorlesungsdokumenten werden von den Teilnehmern und Teilnehmerinnen in Form einer Projektarbeit zu einem ausgewählten Thema an-gewendet. Jeder Teilnehmer/jede Teilnehmerin stellt die Ergebnisse dieser Projektarbeit den ande-ren Teilnehmerinnen in einem Kurzvortrag vor mit anschließender Diskussion und Feedback.

The participants will use the theoretical and methodic fundamentals from the lecture notes for a pro-ject work about a selected topic. In some of the later lectures, the participants will present the results of their project work in a short presentation, followed by a discussion with the other participants and feedback.
