Janek Ebbers, team member of our department, was the recipient of a "Reproducible System Award" at this year's DCASE (Detection and Classification of Acoustic Scenes and Events) workshop, which took place from Nov. 2-4, 2020. Janek had taken part in the DCASE challenge "Sound Event Detection and Separation in Domestic Environments" in summer this year and came in on an excellent fourth position among a total of 72 submissions.
