About us

Our group develops advanced optoelectronic and photonic semiconductor devices for applications in optical communications, sensing and imaging.

Our research focuses on the systematic exploitation of quantum effects in micro- and nanostructures to realize novel devices with superior properties, always with a direct emphasis on transferring these quantum devices from the laboratory to practical applications.
